We offer spaces for events ranging from 16 to 1,900 guests. In Madrid, LOOM Azca can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in a cocktail-style setup. In Barcelona, Cúpula Arenas can host up to 1,900 guests.
Which cities have LOOM spaces available for corporate Christmas dinners?
We have more than 25 owned spaces across Madrid and Barcelona. In Madrid, we have 28 locations, while in Barcelona we offer more than 30 options.
Do you provide catering for corporate Christmas dinners?
Yes. We work with catering providers who offer bespoke menus, including vegetarian and vegan options, as well as options for guests with food allergies.
Which spaces are most popular for corporate Christmas events?
The three spaces featured on our Christmas website are LOOM Azca (Madrid), Auditorio Torre Glòries (Barcelona) and Sala Adequa (Madrid).
How much does it cost to organise a corporate Christmas party at LOOM?

How far in advance should I book a Christmas event?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for popular dates in December. Our larger spaces tend to get booked several months in advance.
Do you organise Christmas events for small companies?
Yes. We have spaces suitable for groups starting from 16 people. Our contact form allows you to select from the following group sizes: 0–16, 16–40, 40–80, over 80, over 150 and over 300 guests.
